3.0 Your Account

3.1 It is illegal for those under the age of 18 to engage in gambling activities and it is prohibited for persons under the age of 18 to play on our website. During the verification process if the customer is determined to be underage, we will return to the customer any money deposited to the customer account, and no winnings will be payable.

3.2 Only one account per person is permitted and only one account is permitted per household. This is necessary to prevent abuse of bonus money given to players.

4.3 Do to the nature of online bingo and the requirement that a sufficient number of players are present in the room at all times, it may be necessary to use mechanical players in situations where there is a shortage of players. This is a quality control measure and these occurrences would most likely occur in off-peak periods such as early morning. These are fully funded players by the house where their card purchases are added to the prize pool and distributed to the winning players as normal. 7.0 Bonus and Loyalty Program Policy

7.1 At Gaming International Inc. we separate your real cash deposits from bonus money and we do not place restrictions on you being able to withdrawal or access the money in your cash account at anytime with the exception of the minimum $/£/€10 withdrawal minimum requirement. Therefore, any deposits and any wins from wagers from your real cash account you can withdrawal at anytime, no wagering requirements are applicable. But, please be aware that when you make a withdrawal, any remaining bonus money will be forfeited.

7.2 Your cash deposits will be used first when playing our games, and when this runs out you have extra bonus funds to play with for more chances to win. These bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until certain wagering requirements have been met, at which point these funds turn into real cash and deposited into your real cash account.

7.3 As an example, lets say you make a $50 deposit and receive $50 of bonus money. You spend through the $50 of your real cash deposit money and your $50 of bonus money is then activated. Because you are now playing with bonus money a wagering requirement must be met, normally 4 times the original bonus money given. The wagering requirement for casino games is higher. 7.5 The Mega Bonus Round credits are earned through daubing the numbered squares on your bingo cards with the golden money bag symbol. These credits may be played by depositing players only.

8.0 Deposits & Withdrawal Policy

8.7 If an error has occurred where money has been incorrectly credited to your account, it is the obligation of the player to notify us and have this removed. Any bets made with this sum of money will be voided.

8.8 With regards to a player’s pay out request in order for us to fulfill our licensing requirements, it may be necessary for the player to submit documents as proof of identity. We will be unable to process the player’s pay out request until this procedure has been completed. In these instances one of the following will be required:
