3.0 Your Account
3.1 It is illegal for those under the age of 18 to engage in gambling activities and it is prohibited for persons under the age of 18 to play on our website. During the verification process if the customer is determined to be underage, we will return to the customer any money deposited to the customer account, and no winnings will be payable.
3.2 Only one account per person is permitted and only one account is permitted per household. This is necessary to prevent abuse of bonus money given to players.
3.3 Please keep all personal details accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect information during registration or any other stage may result in closure of the account and any bets will be deemed void as well as any winnings will be deemed void. 4.1 In the event that a player loses connectivity to the Internet during game play, this will not affect the outcome of the game. The player’s bingo cards and games are recorded on the company servers and as a result will be awarded any prizes for the game in question.
4.2 In the event of software malfunction for a particular game, players participating in that game will be provided a full refund.
4.3 Do to the nature of online bingo and the requirement that a sufficient number of players are present in the room at all times, it may be necessary to use mechanical players in situations where there is a shortage of players. This is a quality control measure and these occurrences would most likely occur in off-peak periods such as early morning. These are fully funded players by the house where their card purchases are added to the prize pool and distributed to the winning players as normal. These players card purchases contribute to the in room Fiesta Jackpots, but do not contribute to the Mega Bonus Round progressive jackpots as these players do not participate in the Mega Bonus Round.

7.0 Bonus and Loyalty Program Policy
7.1 At Gaming International Inc. we separate your real cash deposits from bonus money and we do not place restrictions on you being able to withdrawal or access the money in your cash account at anytime with the exception of the minimum $/£/€10 withdrawal minimum requirement. Therefore, any deposits and any wins from wagers from your real cash account you can withdrawal at anytime, no wagering requirements are applicable. But, please be aware that when you make a withdrawal, any remaining bonus money will be forfeited.
7.2 Your cash deposits will be used first when playing our games, and when this runs out you have extra bonus funds to play with for more chances to win. These bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until certain wagering requirements have been met, at which point these funds turn into real cash and deposited into your real cash account.
7.3 As an example, lets say you make a $50 deposit and receive $50 of bonus money. You spend through the $50 of your real cash deposit money and your $50 of bonus money is then activated. Because you are now playing with bonus money a wagering requirement must be met, normally 4 times the original bonus money given. The wagering requirement for casino games is higher. 7.4 We offer two separate deposit bonus types. Bingo Bonus money is for the purposes of playing bingo only and Casino games can only be played using casino bonus money. You may select to receive a bonus to receive casino games by using the “Vegas promotional codes” provided on our promotions page.
7.5 The Mega Bonus Round credits are earned through daubing the numbered squares on your bingo cards with the golden money bag symbol. These credits may be played by depositing players only.
7.6 With regards to our Star Rewards Loyalty program, wagering for bingo games contributes 100% towards achieving reward points. All other games earn reward points at the percentages listed on Our Bonuses page
7.7 We reserve the right to change our bonus and Star Rewards loyalty programs where necessary. It may be necessary to refine these programs in order to obtain the fairest outcome to all players, and to accommodate new products with higher operating costs to the company.
7.8 Where other promotional offers are provided to customers, the customer agrees to the rules of these other promotions.
8.0 Deposits & Withdrawal Policy

8.3 The player account details must match the name of the account of the payment account method used.
8.4 The minimum deposit amount accepted is $10.00 and the minimum withdrawal amount is $10, unless the player wishes to close out their account. Whereby, the remaining balance will be paid out to the customer.

8.6 The above listed limits are for new members only. 8.7 If an error has occurred where money has been incorrectly credited to your account, it is the obligation of the player to notify us and have this removed. Any bets made with this sum of money will be voided.
8.8 With regards to a player’s pay out request in order for us to fulfill our licensing requirements, it may be necessary for the player to submit documents as proof of identity. We will be unable to process the player’s pay out request until this procedure has been completed. In these instances one of the following will be required:

8.9 Those players winning larger jackpot prizes agree to allow us to use or publish their name, photo, and city on its website or other forms of media, with out the requirement for compensation.
